Sharon LoVan is a Founding Partner who brings over 20 years experience placing sales and marketing professionals within the High Tech industry. Prior to starting Woodlyn Partners, Sharon was a Recruiting Solutions Director with Monster Worldwide. Sharon worked for the eResourcing Division, the global leader in Mid-Level search, where she managed a team and multiple staffing projects on a retained basis. Previously, Sharon spent 10 years with Winter, Wyman & Company where she specialized in placing sales and marketing professionals with technology companies ranging from startups to established public companies. Earlier in her career, she held management positions in sales and human resources in Chicago, Los Angeles and Boston.

Lee Hoffstein
Lee Hoffstein is a Founding Partner who brings over 20 years of sales, sales management and professional staffing experience in the high tech industry. Prior to co-founding Woodlyn Partners, Lee was a Principal Consultant with Heidrick & Struggles, a premier executive search firm. As a member of the International Technology Practice, Lee worked closely with high tech organizations that ranged in size from early stage, emerging companies to established public firms. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Lee was a Principal with Winter, Wyman & Company where he specialized in placing sales and marketing professionals with high tech organizations. Earlier in his career, he served as the Director of Sales for The MathWorks, Inc. and held senior sales and sales management positions at Microamerica, Inc. Lee earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Framingham State College.
