Sharon LoVan Sharon LoVan is a Founding Partner who brings over 15 years experience placing sales and marketing professionals within the High Tech industry. Prior to starting Woodlyn Partners, Sharon was a Recruiting Solutions Director with Monster Worldwide. Sharon worked for the eResourcing Division, the global leader in Mid-Level search, where she managed multiple staffing projects on a retained basis and a staff of personnel. Previously, Sharon spent 10 years as a Principal Consultant with Winter, Wyman & Company where she specialized in placing sales and marketing professionals in technology companies ranging from startups to established public companies. Mike Bernard Mike is a Founding Partner and has been placing High Tech sales and marketing professionals since 1989. Prior to co-founding Woodlyn Partners, Mike was a Recruiting Solutions Director for Monster Worldwide's eResourcing Division. Mike provided mid-level retained recruitment, Internet-based staffing solutions, outsourcing, and consulting services to High Tech software and service companies. Previously, Mike was a Principal with Winter, Wyman & Company for 11 years where he specialized in placing sales and marketing professionals for technology companies ranging from pre-IPO to established Fortune 500 Software firms. Before joining Winter Wyman, Mike sold application software and hardware for NCR Corporation while based in Hamilton, Bermuda. Lee Hoffstein Lee Hoffstein is a Founding Partner who brings over 20 years of sales, sales management and professional staffing experience in the high tech industry. Prior to co-founding Woodlyn Partners, Lee was a Principal Consultant with Heidrick & Struggles, a premier executive search firm. As a member of the International Technology Practice, Lee worked closely with high tech organizations that ranged in size from early stage, emerging companies to established public firms. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Lee was a Principal with Winter, Wyman & Company where he specialized in placing sales and marketing professionals with high tech organizations. Earlier in his career, he served as the Director of Sales for The MathWorks, Inc. and held senior sales and sales management positions at Microamerica, Inc. Ken Mossman Ken Mossman is a Partner with 9 years of High Technology recruiting experience and over 18 years of technology industry experience. Most recently with Hudson Highland Group (NASDAQ; HHGP), Ken was responsible for recruiting in the greater Boston area, placing Pre & Post Sales Support Engineers in small and medium size technology companies. Previously, Ken spent six years with Winter, Wyman & Company where he placed technical sales and marketing professionals. Ken’s eighteen years of industry experience includes professional services sales and marketing positions with local industry leading technology companies including Monster, Open Market Inc., Microcom, Proteon, Inc. and ComputerVision, Inc.
